Asset Acquisition Finance |
This asset finance solution is fast, convenient and simple as all asset purchases are covered by one master agreement. You can purchase and finance equipment and vehicles up to an agreed credit limit whenever you need to without having to discuss each deal separately with the leasing company.
If you wish, you can use your own cheques to pay your suppliers and the leasing company will re-imburse you, or we can settle your invoice direct with the supplier. Whichever you choose, cleared funds will be sent by telegraphic transfer within 48 hours of receipt of your faxed request for payment.
Key Features and benefits of asset acquisition finance
• Convenience - all assets can be acquired immediately without having to arrange funding individually.
• Open credit line - one master agreement covers all future purchases up to an agreed limit. By knowing that the funds will be there to cover the cost, you can plan ahead. |
|
• Enhanced Cashflow - the immediate availability of `instalment credit' makes the Asset Acquisition Account an easy way to arrange finance without draining capital resources.
• Speed - following receipt of your faxed request for payment, cleared funds will be sent to your suppliers by Telegraphic Transfer within 48 hours.
• Confidential - your supplier need not know you are financing the purchase if you prefer that it remains confidential. This means that you can negotiate like a cash buyer.
• One monthly direct debit.
• Choice of funding options - fixed rate or balanced payment plans.
What happens at the end of the agreement?
At the end of the agreed term, you gain full ownership providing all payments have been made as per standard Hire Purchase arrangements.
